Event program highlights
Enjoy inspiring talks, live performances and hands‑on experiences at IndigiScapes, celebrating nature, sustainability and community. With a diverse program running across the site, visitors are invited to explore, learn and connect at their own pace.
Host Ranger Stacey will welcome an incredible line‑up of special guests on the outdoor stage, including Jerry Coleby‑Williams from ABC Gardening Australia, alongside leading researchers, educators and performers.
Official opening
The day will begin with a Welcome to Country by Patrick Coolwell, followed by the official opening with Mayor Jos Mitchell. Visitors can experience a smoking ceremony, traditional dance and didgeridoo as part of this special welcome.

- ARC Circus Botanic Bee Duo, appearing throughout the day
- Junkyard Beats Junk Orchestra, a high‑energy, interactive percussion experience for all ages, using recycled materials
