  • Generous role-specific allowances recognising the unique responsibilities, skill, and impact of your position.
  • Superannuation – employer contribution of 13%, exceeding the minimum statutory requirement. 
  •  Annual leave – four weeks per year with 17.5% leave loading (pro-rata for part-time employees), plus the option to take leave at half pay or receive leave loading as a lump sum.
