Photocopying, printing and computer services
Self-service printing, photocopying and scanning are available at most of our libraries in addition to internet-connected computers and free Wi-Fi for personal devices.

Printing information
Printing from the public computers
Available at: Capalaba, Cleveland, Dunwich, Point Lookout, Russell Island and Victoria Point.
Documents and web pages can be printed via the public computers.
Mobile printing
Council uses Princh for mobile printing services. Mobile printing can be picked up from printers at Cleveland, Capalaba, Russell Island and Victoria Point Libraries. Cashless payments can be made during the mobile printing process, or cash payments can be made when picking up the print job.
There are multiple ways to use Princh to print from your personal computer, laptop or mobile device via the library's Wi-Fi or from home:

4. Download the Princhmobile app for iOS and Android devices
PLEASE NOTE: A3 printing must be done via print.princh.com or via email.
Collect your print jobs
- Complete the required steps above.
- Go to the print release station.
- Enter your code at the print release station. This verifies your identity to retrieve your printing.
Charges for printing
Payments can be made with cash only at Dunwich and Point Lookout Libraries. Payments can be made with cash as well as credit/eftpos card, Apple or Google Pay at Capalaba, Cleveland, Russell Island and Victoria Point Libraries.

A3 pricing

Photocopying
Available at: Capalaba, Cleveland, Victoria Point, Russell Island, Point Lookout and Dunwich.
Photocopiers are coin-operated. They provide black/white and colour copying.

A3 pricing

Scanning
Available at: Capalaba, Cleveland, Victoria Point and Russell Island.
There is no fee for scanning.
Internet and computer services
Library members can access wireless internet, computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers and computer help.
Facilities vary at each library. This page lists all available options.
Wireless internet (Wi-Fi)
Available at: Capalaba, Cleveland, Victoria Point, Russell Island, Point Lookout and Dunwich libraries.
Library members and visitors have free access to Wi-Fi at these locations.
There is no daily time limit for Wi-Fi access. Downloads are limited. Please see the terms and conditions of use.
Printing from personal devices is possible via the library's mobile print service (see above).
Public computers
Available at: Capalaba, Cleveland, Dunwich, Point Lookout, Russell Island and Victoria Point.
Computers are available for library members to use and can be booked in advance online.
Our computers have the standard Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
