Register to access myServices and start using our range of online services, such as paying your rates and property searches.

Already have an account with myServices?

1. Sign in using your email address and new password.

2. If you are a returning customer, and have not reset your password since December 2024, please follow these steps:

  • Click on Forgot your password?' (do not enter your username or email, simply click 'Forgot your password?')
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • Check your email for a numeric code (you may need to check your junk / spam folder)
  • Enter the code into the text box
  • Create a new password (must be at least 8 characters long and contain a lower-case letter, an upper-case letter, a number and a special character)
  • Re-enter your new password to access myServices.
