Parking at Wellington Point

The reserve at Wellington Point is a popular location for families and boaties due to its great parks, fishing and water sports.

The parking areas at the reserve can get very busy on weekends and holidays. So it’s vital that you plan ahead and take public transport where possible.

If you do decide to take your vehicle, be aware that areas of Wellington Point have parking time restrictions. Additionally, some spaces are shared by boat trailers and vehicles at certain times.

So leave home early and observe all signage in the car parks to avoid getting a parking fine.

To make sure everyone can enjoy the area, remember to:

• park in boat trailer zones only when a boat trailer is attached to your vehicle
• park in designated parking spaces
• keep access to ramps clear.

Also, do not park vehicles on the footpath or nature strip.
