In accordance with Chapter 6, Part 4, Section 237 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Redland City Council publishes details of contractual arrangements valued at or above $200,000 (GST excl). Contractual arrangements reported include the supply of goods or services and excludes property and employment contracts. The method of calculating the published contract value may vary based on the type of contractual arrangement. Published values may be fixed contract values or may factor in assumptions relating to spend and consumption forecasts, variation provisions and indices, growth and other supply chain factors. Published values are for the life of the contract including all discretionary extension options. Exercising contract extension options is at Council’s discretion.
This report is updated and published at regular intervals to capture new contracts and existing contracts that reach the reporting threshold due to contract variations.
