Rates

Rates are the main source of income for local governments such as Redland City Council. They fund essential services such as roads, waste collection and maintaining public spaces.

Rates are billed and issued quarterly in July, October, January, and April. Payment is generally due within 32 days of the issue date.

 

Redland City Council issues approximately 70,500 rate notices per quarter.
