Redland City Council operates eight Recycling and Waste Centres, two on the mainland and six on the islands.
Material dropped off at these sites is transported to recycling, composting or landfill facilities. Fees apply for commercial and non-resident customers.
Effective 6 October 2026 residential allowances and fees apply at Birkdale and Redland Bay Recycling and Waste Centres.
