Priority Development Areas

Priority development areas (PDAs) are parcels of land within Queensland that have been identified for specific accelerated development with a focus on economic growth and community development. 

Currently, there are three PDAs in Redlands: Southern Thornlands, Toondah Harbour and Weinam Creek.
