There are several ways you can lodge a development application with Council. These include:
You can email your application to DAmailbox@redland.qld.gov.au. Please be aware there are file size limit restrictions associated with email. If you have large attachments to submit as part of your development application, it may be better to lodge your application using Objective Connect.
If your development application (or Private Certifier application) includes documents and files that are larger than 20MB, you can use Objective Connect, which is Council's secure file sharing service. Access the Objective Connect user guide(PDF, 1MB) for more information.
You can lodge your application in person at one of our customer service centres.
You can mail your application to Redland City Council, City Planning and Assessment Group, PO Box 21, Cleveland QLD 4163.
