TLPI No.2 of 2020 (Quandamooka Land Aspirations Area)

On 14 September 2020, Queensland’s Treasurer and Minister for Infrastructure and Planning made Temporary Local Planning Instrument (TLPI) No. 2 of 2020 (Quandamooka Land Aspirations Area) for the Redland City Council local government area.

The TLPI identifies the affected land (parts of Minjerribah/North Stradbroke Island) and suspends and affects the operation of the Redland City Plan over these parcels of land.

The TLPI is available to download on the following Queensland Government website - https://planning.dsdmip.qld.gov.au/planning/better-planning/local-planning

For further information about the purpose and history of the TLPI, please call the Queensland Government - Planning and Development Services South East Queensland South Office on (07) 5644 3210.

For information about lodging an application on Minjerribah/North Stradbroke Island, please contact Council on (07) 3829 8999.
