In response to the emerging COVID-19 outbreak Council strongly encourages you to lodge any development application material electronically, either via Council's Online Lodgement System (OLS) or via email to DAmailbox@redland.qld.gov.au. Please be aware that Council has initiated a 3 day quarantine period for all documents received from outside of Council. Therefore if you choose to lodge your application material over the counter or via mail, this will affect your application timeframes.
TLPI No.2 of 2020 (Quandamooka Land Aspirations Area)
On 14 September 2020, Queensland’s Treasurer and Minister for Infrastructure and Planning made Temporary Local Planning Instrument (TLPI) No. 2 of 2020 (Quandamooka Land Aspirations Area) for the Redland City Council local government area.
The TLPI identifies the affected land (parts of Minjerribah/North Stradbroke Island) and suspends and affects the operation of the Redland City Plan over these parcels of land.
