1. Sign in using your email address and new password.
2. If you are a returning customer, and have not reset your password since December 2024, please follow these steps:
- Click on ‘Forgot your password?' (do not enter your username or email, simply click 'Forgot your password?')
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a numeric code (you may need to check your junk / spam folder)
- Enter the code into the text box
- Create a new password (must be at least 8 characters long and contain a lower-case letter, an upper-case letter, a number and a special character)
- Re-enter your new password to access myServices.
