Redland City Plan documents

TLPI No. 2 of 2020 (Quandamooka Land Aspirations Area)

On 14 September 2020, Queensland’s Treasurer and Minister for Infrastructure and Planning made Temporary Local Planning Instrument (TLPI) No. 2 of 2020 (Quandamooka Land Aspirations Area) for the Redland City Council local government area.

The TLPI identifies the affected land (parts of Minjerribah/North Stradbroke Island) and suspends and affects the operation of the Redland City Plan over these parcels of land.

Redland City Plan

Version 1 of the Redland City Plan was adopted by Council on 6 July 2018 and came into effect on 8 October 2018.

Version 2 of the Redland City Plan was adopted by Council on 6 March 2019 and came into effect on 4 April 2019.

Version 3 of the Redland City Plan was adopted by Council on 5 June 2019 and came into effect on 17 July 2019

Version 4 of the Redland City Plan was adopted by Council on 29 January 2020 and came into effect on 19 February 2020.
