About Council meetings

The public gallery for Statutory Meetings of Council will reopen from May 2022. Due to space limitations in Council’s Chamber, the public gallery seating (12 seats) is available in a meeting room next to the Chamber (with full audio/video viewing).  As seats are limited, bookings are essential.

To book a seat in the public gallery to observe a Statutory Meeting of Council or to apply for public participation to address Council, refer to our Council meeting public gallery and participation page and complete an application.

The audio/video of each Statutory Meeting of Council will be available on Council’s website as soon as possible after the conclusion of each meeting.
