A limited number of seats have been reopened in the public gallery of Council’s Chamber. The overflow room will also be available if the public gallery seats in the Chamber are at capacity.
Bookings are no longer required to sit in the public gallery or overflow room.
The audio/video of each Statutory Meeting of Council will be available on Council’s website as soon as possible after the conclusion of each meeting.
All applications for public participation are required to be submitted online through the Public Participation Application form.

Council allocates 15 minutes for public participation. This allows three attendees, each allocated no more than five minutes.
Priority will be given to those applicants who wish to speak to a matter that is on the agenda for the relevant General Meeting.
