Lodging your application | Redland City Council
Council closures for ANZAC Day (April 25)

Customer service centres, Council offices and Redland Libraries will be closed on ANZAC Day. Bins will continue to be collected and Recycling and Waste Centres will be open.

ANZAC Day Council closures

There are several ways you can lodge a development application with Council.  These include:

Electronic lodgement

Council’s Online Lodgement System (OLS) is our preferred method for lodging development applications, and is one of the fastest and easiest methods.

Read our instructions on lodging your application through OLS.

In person

You can lodge your application in person at one of our customer service centres.

Mail

You can mail your application to Redland City Council, City Planning and Assessment Group, PO Box 21, Cleveland QLD 4163.

Email

You can email your application to DAmailbox@redland.qld.gov.au. Please be aware there are file size limit restrictions associated with email.  If you have large attachments to submit as part of your development application, it may be better to lodge your application using OLS or Objective Connect.

Objective Connect

If your development application (or Private Certifier application) includes documents and files that are larger than 20MB, you can use Objective Connect, which is Council's secure file sharing service.  Access the Objective Connect user guide for more information.
