- Paperbark Removal and Replacement Program - Various Locations across Redland City Council areas
Thursday, 1st May 2025RCC contractor will complete Paperbark removal and replacements. Affected residents and neighbors will receive a notification one week prior. Work (removal, stump grinding, and replanting if needed) will take 48 hours per location. Locations attached. - No Road Closure raffic Control and/or advisory signs will be placed in locations where traffic may be impacted.. This work is planned to commence Thursday 1 May 2025 and to be completed by Thursday 31 July 2025 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3.30 PM (weather permitting).

Thornlands - Bollard Removal, Carlingford Drive - 71 Carlingford Drive – 15 Balfour Place, Thornlands
Friday, 16th May 2025Council has identified these bollards as being redundant as they boarder a well-established reserve, are in poor condition, past their useful lives, and requiring disposal.Ensure disturbed turf and gardens are restored to their original condition - No Road Closure Traffic control will be onsite to assist with vehicle and pedestrian movements during operations.. This work is planned to commence Friday 16 May 2025 and to be completed by Friday 6 June 2025 between the hours of 7.00am and 04:00 PM (weather permitting).

Thursday, 5th June 2025Roadside vegetation pruning and clearing works at various locations across Redland City Council. The works are expected to take approximately four weeks, depending on weather and site conditions. - No Road Closure Traffic Control and/or advisory signs will be placed in locations where traffic may be impacted.. This work is planned to commence Wednesday 11 June 2025 and to be completed by Wednesday 9 July 2025 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM (weather permitting).
