NAIDOC Week
Sunday 3 – Sunday 10 July 2022

Redlands Coast will come alive with cultural celebrations during NAIDOC Week, with a host of activities across various Redland City Council venues and facilities.

Under this year’s NAIDOC Week theme – Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! – Redlands Coast residents have plenty of opportunities to join in events, with concerts, performances, displays, workshops and cultural displays from Sunday 3 July to Sunday 10 July.

Council is supporting, hosting and facilitating free cultural celebrations across the Redland Coast.

NAIDOC Week is one of the biggest commemorations of Indigenous history and triumph, celebrating Indigenous culture and its rich array of languages, arts, dance and music.

The week is an opportunity for people to learn about First Nations cultures and history and to participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth.
