Missed bin collection

Don't risk your bin being missed.

Remember to put your bin out the night before as trucks start collecting from 6am. Check your bin collection day.

If your bin has not been emptied on collection day by 4pm, please contact us within 24 hours.

Please note that we cannot provide a return collection if your bin:

• was not on the kerb by 6am
• contained non-permitted items
• was heavier than 70kg
• was too compacted to empty completely.

You can visit your local recycling and waste centre – residents must show photo ID with their address for free waste disposal.
