Council service closures over Easter holidays

Customer service centres & libraries will be closed on Good Friday (29 March) through to Easter Monday (1 April). Waste Transfer Stations will be closed Good Friday. Bins will be collected as normal.

Pay your infringement notice by instalments

Penalty infringement notices with a value of $200 or more may be paid in instalments.

To take this option you will need to complete the following steps within 28 days of the notice being issued. 

Pay the first $60 instalment by telephone or in person.

Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.

Please ensure you have the reference number for your infringement notice.

In person

Payment by cash, credit or debit card, cheque or money order can be made at the following Council Service Centres - open Monday to Friday:

  • Council Administration Building – Bloomfield Street, Cleveland (8:30am - 4:30pm)
  • Capalaba Place – Noeleen Street, Capalaba (8:30am - 4:30pm)
  • Victoria Point Library Building - Bunker Road, Victoria Point (9:00am - 5:00pm)

Please bring the Penalty Infringement Notice with you.

Your application to pay by instalments will only be accepted if you have made your first payment within 28 days of the notice being issued.  Once initial payment is received, the infringement will be referred to the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) who will contact with you a payment plan.
