Notice Of Intention to Sell Land for Overdue Rates and Charges

Local Government Regulation 2012 ("Regulation") Chapter 4, Part 12, Division 3, Section 140

Pursuant to section 140 of the Regulation, Council has, by resolution dated 21 May 2025, decided to sell land for overdue rates or charges.

Pursuant to section 140 of the Regulation and section 239 of the Local Government Act 2009, Council hereby gives notice that Council intends to start procedures for selling the land listed in the Schedule below unless all overdue rates or charges, and interest accrued, are paid in full within 3 months of this notice.
