Redland City Council no longer offers a certification service and it is recommended you engage a private building certifier. Alternatively you can ask Council to act on your behalf to engage an external certifier. Please be aware that you will need to pay an administration fee to Council for this service, on top of any fees that may be required by the external certifier.
