Seqwater works - reduced water pressure in Mt Cotton

Mt Cotton residents (Sanctuary Drive, Hilicia Circuit and Mt Cotton Road South of Hillview Rd) may experience reduced water pressure from 4am Saturday 24 February until 6pm Sunday 25 February.

Redlands Healthy and Active Program (RHAP)

The Redlands Healthy and Active Program (RHAP) is a free community based physical activity program managed by Redland City Council. Through this program we encourage all Redlanders to move more, value your health, and be active for life.

RHAP starts Monday 22 January and runs until Thursday 29 March (school term 1). Activities are held at various parks throughout the Redlands, at the same time, in the same place each week. See our list below for details or download the RHAP program brochure [PDF, 2.4MB].

Women’s Zumba
This Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.

KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, fusion of boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades.

It also sends you a reminder before the activity commences. There are class limits for many activities so put your name down for any of your favourite activities.

The Australian and Queensland Governments, through the Embracing 2018 Legacy Program for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, provided $38,800 to Redland City Council to deliver the Redlands Healthy & Active Program.
