Redlands Healthy & Active Program (RHAP) Term 4 begins Monday 8 October until Sunday 16 December 2018. Activities are held at various parks throughout the Redlands each week for 10 weeks. Activity programs will continue to be offered in conjunction with the school terms for Terms 1 and 2 in 2019.

Activities

Each class is $5 to attend or you can purchase a 10 session pass for $45 (buy nine sessions and get one free). 10 session passes are valid for one activity type and can be purchased through your instructor. 

Abs, Butt & Thighs
It's time to get specific and target those problem areas with this strength enhancing workout.

Aqua Aerobics
Aqua is a low impact class designed to increase movement, flexibility & encourage joint movement.

Exercise Equipment Made Fun

This introductory program will teach you the skills of blocking, punching and kicking for self-defence. Open to kids from 5 years to adults.

You can register on your smartphone using Team App. The app shows you activities near you, allows you to RSVP for those you want to attend and to receive notification of any wet weather changes. You can also ask questions of the instructor through the App. Class limits apply.

After you sign-up and login to Team App, search for 'Redlands Healthy' and join up to the activities groups that interest you.

If you don't have a smartphone, you can sign up to Team App and access all of the activities online. Or you can turn up to your activity and fill out a manual registration form on the day.

Instructors

All RHAP instructors are fully qualified and experienced in delivering their respective activities. All instructors hold current first aid qualifications and insurance and are committed to providing professional, well organised, safe and enjoyable physical activity programs for the community.
