Capalaba Town Centre Revitalisation Project
Redland City Council, in partnership with Redland Investment Corporation has launched an expression of interest campaign seeking a development partner to deliver an exciting, innovation and landmark development to support the revitalisation of Capalaba.
521 Old Cleveland Road East, Birkdale
Redland Investment Corporation has lodged a development application to build a townhouse project at 521 Old Cleveland Road East, Birkdale.
Weinam Creek Priority Development Area redevelopment, Redland Bay
Redland Investment Corporation is working with Redland City Council to develop stage one of the Weinam Creek redevelopment project. Stage one will provide valuable infrastructure for the community, including ground-level car parks and a footbridge connecting the Moores Road site to the Redland Bay Marina.
4-10 Doig Street, Cleveland
Redland City Council transferred this 6,724sq m site to Redland Investment Corporation in 2015, to help revitalise Cleveland's CBD. RIC subsequently facilitated the sale of the site, which fronts Doig and Waterloo Streets and is currently used as a car park.
