Redlands Healthy and Active Program (RHAP)

The Redlands Healthy and Active Program (RHAP) is a free community based physical activity program managed by Redland City Council. Through this program we encourage all Redlanders to move more, value your health, and be active for life.

RHAP returns for Term 2 on Monday 16 April and runs until Saturday 30 June. Activities are held at various parks throughout the Redlands, at the same time, in the same place each week. See our list below for details or download the RHAP program brochure [PDF, 0.1MB].

New in Term 2 is a range of kids activities and courses. This Active Pop Up program is to encourage kids to try new sports and activities so no experience is necessary.
