Redlands healthy and active boxing in the park

Redlands Healthy & Active Program (RHAP) Term 3 begins Monday 16 July until Sunday 23 September 2018. Activities are held at various parks throughout the Redlands each week for 10 weeks. Activity programs will continue to be offered in conjunction with the school terms for the remainder of 2018 and also for Terms 1 and 2 in 2019.

Activities

Each class is $5 to attend or you can purchase a 10 session pass for $45 (buy nine sessions and get one free) and go in the draw to win some great prizes at the end of the term. 10 session passes are valid for one activity type and can be purchased through your instructor. Abs, Butt & Thighs
It's time to get specific and target those problem areas with this strength enhancing workout.

Instructors

All RHAP instructors are fully qualified and experienced in delivering their respective activities. All instructors hold current first aid qualifications and insurance and are committed to providing professional, well organised, safe and enjoyable physical activity programs for the community.
