Redlands Coast Healthy and Active Program (RCHAP)

The Redlands Coast Healthy & Active Program (RCHAP) is a low cost physical activity program managed by Redland City Council. The program aims to build healthier, happier and more vibrant communities by encouraging all Redlanders to move more, value their health and be active for life.

RCHAP will return again for Term 1, 2019 on Tuesday 29 January and continues until Sunday 7 April. Activities are held at various parks and public open space areas across each Council division. A variety of activity sessions will be offered on a range of days and times to target different demographic groups. The programs will be delivered at the same time, in the same place each week for 10 weeks to align with the school term. Activities

There are 31 activity sessions on offer for the Term 1 program. Each class is $5 to attend or you can purchase a 10 session pass for $45 (buy nine sessions and get one free). The 10 session passes are valid for one activity type and can be purchased through your instructor.

Aqua Aerobics

Suitable for beginner or advanced participants. Aqua is a low impact class designed to increase movement, flexibility and joint mobility

Experience a mind/body connection fused with dance, Pilates and yoga that incorporates strength, balance, power and flexibility movements.

Boxing

A moderate to high intensity boxing class that is fast paced, fun and challenging. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Boxfit

Boxfit is based on the heart-pumping training and drills used for boxing. The class focuses on fitness, fat burner, toning and whole body conditioning.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fitness program to music. It provides high energy cardio activity for students of any level. You do not need to be a tennis player to participate.
