Enjoy a relaxing Sunday afternoon spent chilling with some laidback Celtic, Anglo and Australian folk music from local and imported artists.
The Folk Redlands Acoustic Music Club holds afternoon concerts 1st, 3rd and 5th Sunday of the month. We invite anyone with a folk/acoustic musical talent to put their name down on the blackboard and play for 20mins between 2pm- 4pm. At 4pm, we feature our headline artist(s) who are typically well known artist(s) from the Folk/Acoustic music fraternity and is a paid act. Free admission.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the Redlands Sporting Club Pipe Band
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the Redlands Sporting Club Pipe Band on the evening of Saturday, 14th March, 2009 at the Donald Simpson Centre, Cnr. Bloomfield St. & Russell St. Cleveland. You don’t have to be Irish to participate in the Wearing of the Green, easy reels and jigs to live music, a taste of Guinnness Beer and an Irish Blessing or two. You can sit back and enjoy the displays of traditional Irish dancing by the Jill Dobbs School of Dancing and the pipes and drums by the host band. No BYO is permitted. Adults $10, children under 16 free.
