Ride on into the Redlands

If you’re looking for a cycling adventure, look no further. The Redlands charming island and coastal features, thriving urban centres and vast tracts of regionally significant bushland provide a wide range of cycling choices.

Covering 539 square kilometres of mainland and Moreton Bay islands, the Redlands has a rich diversity of natural features, from surf beaches and rocky headlands to mountains and mangrove forests.

The islands include the breathtakingly beautiful North Stradbroke Island and tranquil Bay Islands. The mainland Redlands takes in the picturesque civic centre of Cleveland and adjacent coastal townships, charming rural bushland settlements and thriving commercial centre of Capalaba.

There’s a ride for everyone in the Redlands, from gently meandering foreshore cycleways, to the challenging road ride across Straddie to the surf beaches and back to Dunwich again for the relaxing boat trip home.
