Attunga Street Stage 1
Upgrade the section of Attunga St from Balaka St to the end of the cul de sac, which is approximately 340m. These works will include the placement of bitumen, installation of kerb and channelling and associated drainage works.
Timothy Street Stage 1
Upgrades to the existing gravel road in Timothy St between George St and Lot 103, which is approximately 200m. These upgrade works will include the placement of 2 coat bitumen seal, installation of kerb and channelling and associated drainage works.

Stage 2, 2.5 m shared use pathway from Sanctuary Dr to Community Park.

Construction fenced (with koala proofing) dog off leash area with shelters, seating, signage, bin and bag dispenser with water bubble.
