This profile was prepared by the Community and Social Planning Group, Redland City Council in association with the Redlands Social Infrastructure Plan.
Redland Shire Council has engaged 99 Consulting with Wyeth Planning Services and Miriam Martin Consulting to develop a community profile and needs assessment for the Capalaba area, including Birkdale and Alexandra Hills. The community profile builds on research undertaken by the same consultancy team for a needs analysis for an activity centre in Capalaba.
