RPS Update Pack - Version 2.0 to Version 3.0

Version 3.0 of the Redlands Planning Scheme is in force from 19 April 2010.
Version 2.0 is now the superseded planning scheme. If you have a hard copy of the Redlands Planning Scheme, the following documents and details will allow you to update superseded sections of your V2 scheme to bring it into line with V3.
All current (Ver. 2.0) Planning Schemes have a dymo label on the spine of both Volume 1 and Volume 2 which says “Version 2”. If the copy you have does NOT have this label on the spine then it is Version 1.
These replacement pages for the Redlands Planning Scheme all have RPS V3 – 2010 marked at the top of each page. You need to follow the action sheet to remove the relevant sections or pages from your current Version 2 document and replace them with, or insert, the new pages. It is suggested that you tick the “Actioned” box next to each action as you do it.
Once the changes have been made the document will be a true Version 3.0 of the planning scheme although the balance of the pages in the document you have will be headed RPS V2 – 2008. This is simply to save on the printing costs of completely reprinting the scheme.
The versions of V3.0 of the planning scheme on this website all have the RPS V3 – 2010 header on every page.
Once ALL changes have been actioned in accordance with the attached action sheet, the last actions should be to:
1. Make Version 3 stickers and stick them over the existing Version 2 stickers on the spines of the volumes; and
2. place the completed action sheet in the front inside cover of Volume 1 as a record.
