Structure Plans and Master Plans

Areas identified as Local Development Areas (LDA) in the South East Queensland Regional Plan 2009-2031 are major greenfield redevelopment areas that require structure planning to coordinate future development and infrastructure delivery. The South-east Thornlands and Kinross Road areas are classified as LDAs.  

 

Council seeks to deliver attractive and vibrant places to do business, work, live and visit.  The master plans will guide the growth of public land and open spaces within the Redlands.
