Smart eDA
Smart eDA is a State Government initiative supported by the Local Government Association of Queensland.
Smart eDA is the fastest and easiest way to prepare and lodge your development application.
Using Smart eDA you can:
- prepare IDAS application forms online
- identify state referral agencies
- pay your fees electronically
- lodge your application electronically
- manage IDAS tasks
- communicate electronically with relevant stakeholders and authorities from preparation to decision
Council needs to know some additional information to what is shown on the IDAS application forms. Please choose the type of application that you are making from the options below. Then complete the information request. This will create a Microsoft Word Document which you can attach to your Smart eDA application.
