Application kits
These application kits will assist in preparing development applications and providing relevant supporting information.
The kits include an accelerated assessment section for eligible applications. Applications that meet the accelerated criteria will usually be assessed and a decision made within five business days from the date of lodgement.

Material Change of Use and Building Works Overlay Assessment is also available for Dwelling Houses (including Small Lot House and SMBI Dwelling) and Domestic Outbuilding/Addition applications.
This applies to lots created as a result of a reconfiguration application that was lodged after 30 March 2006, and when the proposal complies with the criteria on the relevant Overlay Assessment application form. Reduced application fees apply and the assessment timeframe for these applications is generally 48 hours from lodgement to decision.
