Redland Bay Centre & Foreshore Master Plan

Council’s draft Redland Bay Centre and Foreshore Master Plan was open for public comment from 25 October to 5 December 2008. We value your feedback on how public land and open space (parks, walking tracks, car parks etc.) are used and developed in the centre and foreshore area in the future.

During the formal comment period, Council received: 

• 604 submissions from 367 submitters (some residents made multiple submissions) 
• 530 pro forma authorisations supporting one particular submission 
• a petition from the Macleay Island Progress Association containing 1,462 signatures 
• a petition from the Russell Island Association containing 1,719 signatures

 
All submissions will be comprehensively reviewed and taken into account as part of Council's consideration of the draft master plan.
