Smart eDA

Smart eDA is a State Government initiative supported by the Local Government Association of Queensland. At the Smart eDA website, applicants can prepare and submit development applications online.

Each electronically submitted application requires a quote for fees from Council. This quote provides a biller code and payment reference for paying the fees through BPay.

In order to provide an accurate quote, Council needs to know some additional information to what is shown on the IPA application forms.

Please choose the type of application that you are making from the options below. Then complete the information request. This will create a Microsoft Word Document which you can attach to your Smart eDA application.
