Some available services include fast tracking of plumbing approvals, same day inspection booking service, same day plumbing designs and pre-lodgement consultation and advice.

Building searches and Building Services Authority insurance premium information are also available. To obtain 'As Constructed Drawings', email asconinfo@redland.qld.gov.au.

Fact sheets and application kits are available from Customer Service Centres, and applications can be lodged there.
