General inquiries
When Council wishes to acquire any goods and services, it will do so by requesting quotations or tenders. Upon notifying the successful individual or entity, Council will provide a purchase order with the following Terms and Conditions 
[PDF 111KB] under which Council will conduct business. These terms and conditions take precedence over all else unless otherwise stated and agreed by the parties to the contract.
