Over the past year Council has investigated future management options for the Straddie Holiday parks. Various management options were investigated, including management contracts and leasing with terms ranging from 5 to 30 years.

Council’s rationale was to identify options that would enable it to deliver an optimal triple bottom line result of cultural/social, economic and environmental benefits to the entire community.
