Allconnex Water
Allconnex Water comprising water businesses from Redland, Gold Coast and Logan city councils became the new water and wastewater business on 1 July 2010.
On 8 August 2011, Redland City Council voted to withdraw from Allconnex Water and re-establish Redland Water for retail water distribution in the Redlands as of July 2012. Read more about Redlands water challenges >>
Allconnex Water will continue to service the community as usual until 1 July 2012. If you live in the Redland, Gold Coast or Logan area, Allconnex Water is responsible for the delivery of your water, recycled water, trade waste and wastewater services. Local Councils provides front counter services to customers on behalf of Allconnex Water. For the Redlands, it is the customer service centres in Cleveland and Capalaba.
Allconnex Water will provide water, wastewater and recycled water emergencies services to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling ph 1300 000 928.
General enquiries will be serviced within the following hours:
Redland - 8.30 - 4.30pm Mon to Fri (excluding public holidays)
