How can I pay an Allconnex Water bill?
You can continue to pay your Allconnex Water bill as you would normally pay your Council rates. A list of payment options will appear on the bill.
Can I get my water bill sent to a different address (than my rates notice)?
No. At this stage, your water bill will go to the same address your rates are sent.
Can I elect how often I receive my water bill?
No. You will receive your water bill at the same time you normally receive your council rates.
What am I actually paying for?
When you pay water charges, you pay for:
- The water you have consumed, as measured by your water meter
- A water service charge for ongoing connection to the city's water distribution system
- A wastewater service charge for ongoing connection to the city's wastewater network
- A wastewater volumetric charge for non residential properties as appropriate
- Trade waste quality charges for businesses as appropriate
Does Allconnex Water offer a discount if I have an underground leak?
Yes. Allconnex will continue to offer relief to customers who can prove they have experienced a underground leak (subject to Terms and Conditions).
What happens if I can’t pay my bill?
