Locals enjoy a fantastic lifestyle in this outdoor setting, with walking, cycling and hiking being a popular pastime.
One of Council's priorities is to enhance biodiversity in our region, including:
- koala habitat
- bushland
- greenspace
- waterways
- catchments
- air and coastal ecosystems.
We have developed a number of programs targeting coastal/waterway systems, biodiversity and environmental performance to help us achieve our goals. See the Corporate Plan for more info.
