Young people

We recognise the importance of young people, who will be the future of the Redlands and share the need to get them involved in the community. For a snapshot into the views of young adults aged 18 to 30 years living in the Redlands, read the

Young people can join various
youth clubs and organisations in the Redlands and make new friends. For example, the Redlands Youth Network is an active organisation supported by Council. This group meets every second month to share information and knowledge about youth issues. Young people aged 13 to 18 can join
YTalk youth forum.
For teachers, we offer teacher resource kits and an interesting educational program run by Council called Young Citizens Program (YCP). Click here to learn more about our
